CoVE becomes part of the National Skills Academy

The CoVE has been awarded Health and Fitness Approved Provider Status as part of the National Skills Academy (NSA) in Sport and Active Leisure.   This is in recognition of the high quality training in this area and means that the CoVE is just one of a handful of training providers approved to deliver health and fitness skills training to employers within London as part of the NSA   The National Skills Academy for Sport and Active Leisure is a network of employer-led, world-class centres of excellence delivering the skills required by employers in the sector, on a local level.

International Coaching Conference

The Sports Coach UK International Coaching Conference will take place on the 18th, 19th and 20th November 2008 at the RFU Stadium in Twickenham.   The event, aimed at coaches of all ages and at all levels will be an opportunity to gain valuable CPD and is part of the continuing drive to professionalise coaching.

PTS and Kingston College Join Forces!!

Kingston College, Performance Training Solutions and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) have entered into a collaborative agreement to deliver the Certified Personal Trainer course through the College Campus.   Students will study the course over a 13-week period with a blended learning approach.
