CoVE status is awarded by the Learning and Skills Council in recognition of high quality teaching and learning in a particular field. The LSC has stated that 'Centres of Vocational Excellence have played a vital role in raising the aspirations of vocational excellence within the sector and the way in which the sector engages employers in the development of curricula'.
The CoVE award has enabled our Colleges to invest £500,000 in new sports facilities, equipment and teaching materials. In turn, this has attracted highly qualified and experienced staff to teach on our programmes.
Our approach is to provide businesses, SMEs, employees and those waiting to enter the industry with the right courses at the right price, the right time and the right location.
The current CoVE programmes include health & fitness and coaching courses for adults, CPD seminars for professionals and bespoke training for individual employers.
